Default NORAD: 364.2 MHz Is This AM ?

Hello:
New at this.

The Norad freq.: NORAD : 364.2

Is this AM ?

Might as well also ask. Where (at what freq's) do the Mil aviation freq's
switch to FM ?
Would this be "narrow fm," or regular fm ?

Thanks,
B.

Default

Most mil aero UHF, ie above 200 is going to be AM.
Most comms from 30~75MHz will be FM wide (not as wide
as comercial FM wich is 75KHz, but 50KHz
Most comms from 136~150 will be FM-N.
There are exceptions. I have heard SSB in
both the 30~75 range and above 200.

Good listening.
rec.radio.scanner mihgt be a better choice for this
topic. Thre ar some very sharp people over there.
