Hi,
Just picked up a Sony SRF-A100 at a flea market for $6 in, amazingly, perfect working order. After about an hour of fine-tuning and listening, and tweaking, and more listening, finally confirmed WBAP, Ft. Worth, Texas, in C-QUAM mode AM stereo. It was the commercials that gave them away- all the sound effects were in perfect stereo. After some Googling I've come to the conclusion there is no other place on usenet where mediumwave dx is being discussed- is that an accurate finding? Cheers. Michael |
