Default Stations that I am looking for

I can not seen to tune into VOA. According to September's Monitoring
Times VOA is listed:
7215va 9780va 11760va 15185va 15290va 17740va 17820va at 0030 UTC

I can not get any of the above, don't they target North America?

I already know about the link below. I find their website over loaded
with too much stuff and I can not seem to find my target area which is
North America.

ARRL: Do they broadcast on the sw? Where and when?

Glenn Hauser, Radio for Peace and International: is he or the other
program still on the air? Where and when.

The VOA is not allowed by federal law to target the USA for its
broadcasts. The VOA can be heard in the USA via it's Relay sites around the
globe. I good site to check out for ENGLSH only broadcasts is the PRIME TIME
SHORTWAVE by Danaiel Sampson at:
http://www.topica.com/lists/primetimeshortwave/ I use it all the time.
Glenn Hauser and RFPI are also listed on the site. Good Listening and DX!!!
