Thanks for all the help in choosong a radio for my father.
I am going to purchase the 800 satellit millennium. Only seems to be Universal Radio for 500 bucks selling them. Any one know where else you can buy cheaper and or is Universal Radio a good place to shop from? Ebay is not much cheaper for used claimed new units.. Thanks Tom |

Bill is right, however. Have you checked out the Eton E1?? It might be worth a gander if you're considering the Sat 800. --Mike L. |

www.shop.com list many,many radios,over 500 radios,including
AM/FM/Shortwave radios,some are unique and ufonious radios.I just saw Sangean ATS 909 for $279.00 at shop.com.Less than two months ago at shop.com I saw a similar size AM/FM/Shortwave radio for over $700.00.about $730.00,I think.I wonder why that radio is priced so high? cuhulin |
