ok,I have the answer.Flip a coin,heads,the Palstar,tails,the
Icom.Whichever one comes up,buy it and try it out for a few weeks and
sell it on eBay.(you could probally sell it on eBay for more than you
paid for it at the store) Do the same thing with the other
radio.Then,after you decide which one you like the best and you want to
keep,go ahead and buy one just like it from the store.
