Default 4HUY beacon 1989 kHz

Heard at the Shack on the Bayou in southeast Texas:

0320-0350, December 14, 2005 UTC
1989 kHz carrier freq, CW

4HUY, long dash repeating

very faint, in and out

If it's an amateur beacon, the callsign would be in the Philippines.
At 0330 UTC, half the path would be in daylight, which would be a
pretty tough haul on 160m.

Google and other searches didn't find anything.
