www.google.com Key Largo Movie Hallicrafters Radio
That is a Hallicrafters Radio in the boat in the Key Largo movie on tv right now.It has the big h on it.Those Hallicrafters Radios were popular Radios in a lot of those old movies.I hope one of those stray bullets didn't hit that Radio.Of course they were only shootin blanks. cuhulin |

Along this same general thread of Hallicrafters rigs in entertainment,
at Disney's California Adventure, there is a decorative construction leading up to one of its rides (also known as theming) that includes an "adventure base station" with at least a Hallicrafters receiver and may have included (IIIRC) a Hallicrafters transmitter. It's been awhile since I was there, but I think it was along the queue for the Grizzly Rapids raft ride. Bruce Jensen |

Good old rigs

Said tx is now in a Chinese museum. |
