Is that a beacon?
What would send repeating cw characters LQ on 381.33kc? theres
actually a bunch of them scattered about down there. I usually don't go down by them. 73 Bob N9NEO Just say NEO! |

There is an "LQ" lowfer beacon listed out of Springfield, Illinois on 375 KHz.
