Default Coax Barrel Connector Length ?

Hello:

Working on a layout for an enclosure, and don't happen to have this on hand.

Would really appreciate it if anyone might please measure up for me the
overall length of a coax "Barrel" type of connector (female on each end) ?

This is the kind you would use it to join two pieces of coax wire together
that have the same sex on each end.

Thanks you very much,
B.

There isn't any one length. I've checked with the Wireman in the past,
and they had barrel lengths up to 8", for bulkhead UHF connectors.

The smaller length someone else mentioned, 1-1/8" has a space of about
3/8" between the threads at either end, so that would be about the
maximum thickness of the mounting board.
