Also,look in your phone book for amateur Radio Clubs,things like
that,and look around on the internet.Get with those people.They will
have a lot of good advice too.

"Here (in the SF Bay Area) I consistently hear what I can only describe

as "satellite noise" around 4Mhz."

Probably CW on the 80 m band.
