I have an interesting MFJ-1020B active antenna for sale. The knobs have been
upgraded and wood verneer has be put on the cabinet. overall in nice
condition it actually performs quite well with the homemade big whip I have
attached.
I will sell the antenna for $40 and the whip is available for $10 (really
big, not tiny like the one that most active antennas come with.
shipping is extra.
in testing it did quite well using just a 9V battery. I tested it with my
FRG-7700.
