Default Radio New Zealand Sked Problems

I was listening to Radio New Zealand this morning on 7145, at 1058 they
indicated that transmission was closing on 7145 and to retune to 9870.

They never did switch to 9870 and transmission continued on 7145 with
news at 1100.

I was checking 7145 yesterday for Laos, but it was of course blocked by RNZI.
Anyone know if Laos is indeed still using 7145? If so, RNZI must be causing them
a bit of a problem.
