With the limited range of future AM "HD" {IBOC} Broadcasting this NAB 'Proposal' to allow AM Radio Stations; who no longer can reach-out to isolated areas of their Media Market; to use Low Power FM (LP-FM) re-broadcasters to serve the Radio Listening Public. FWIW - Spanish Language {Music} FM Radio Stations are already doing this right now; up here in the Rural Sierra Foothills along Highway 49. this makes sense - in the public interest ~ RHF |
