Default SyntorX9000 error codes anyone???

I picked up a VHF X9000 on Ebay and took it to a dealer to program it. Well
the radio to the frequencies, however the head will not take the alpha's.
It only displays the channels as modes.
After the self check, it shows the following error codes:
26/10
41/10

If anyone knows how to resolve this problem or what is causing it please
email me direct.

Thanks in advance.

Sounds to me like the head is not matched up to the radio. Can't really
tell as you have not provided model numbers for the head and radio.

You may find a listing of many error codes at Batlabs:
