I think you started the bidding too high. A dollar is a lot more than
it's worth, let alone shipping cost...

You might be surprised. Stuff like this is starting to become collectible
and will probably be worth a small fortune in 20 years.

Well for what it is worth - in terms of speaking - there are 4 or 5 people
watching it - and it's up to $12 so far with a couple days left. "I" don't
give a crap what I get for it - if someone can use it - better them than the
scrap heap. These things are usually snatched up to be used to program
radios - instead of tying up a newer computer. Obviously - you've never
heard the expression "one man's junk is another man's treasure". I sold an
OLD Apple computer a few years back. A guy from Japan bought it for like
$75. I'm sure you've bought or bid on an item somewhere - sometime - no one
else thought any value of!

As for the small fortune in a few years - they can have it, I want to clean
my shop out - now! I can't wait that long.

I know that is right. I am a blind person, and people have given me those
around town. You can't even load screen read software on that old beast.

You know you are right. I just sold an old dos machine to a collector here
in town for $100.
