ROM replacement board for CPU RAM board

Note - the ICOM 271,471,1271 all had the CPU operating program stored
in battery backed up RAM. When the battery died, the CPU RAM board had
to be sent to ICOM to be reprogrammed. The ROM replacement board
eliminates this problem while still providing battery backed RAM for
storing Channel and VFO frequency information.
