Which of the subject line radios is capable of and best suited to
transmit on UHF at 200 watts and more with a definet level of stability? Vehicle uses 12.70 VDC to 14.70 VDC -negative ground. |

well the Maratrac and X9000 are 110 watt radio's
the Maratrac is just a glorified maxtrac that tx's 100+ watts. decent radio, but i wouldn't run it at 200 watts "bl2245" wrote in message ... If so what trunk-mount radio is suggested to be able to sustain a min of 200-watts out in a stable manner on either the low/high side of the UHF split? We don't need all of the bells and whistles at this point; Just a good receiver and a solid transmitter. |
