I have TWO small control knobs, ONE inner tuning knob and ONE
TRANSPARENT outer indicator dial. I also have two broken control knobs available if you want to take a shot at cobbling something up for your radio. $15 for each small knob $10 for the tuning knob $7 for the clear indicator knob $4 for the broken knobs. As you know, these knobs are prone to cracking and falling right off. I thought I got a good set on the KLH Model 21 I got at Westford, but boy was I wrong. After finding a turntable chassis on ebay (BTW, paid $75+shipping for it!!), I was able to make my replacements. These knobs are EXACTLY like the ones used on the Model 21, are in very good condition, and have the metal retention rings in place. Now, the Model 21 had a two piece tuning control, one to tune and the outer vernier dial indicator. The tuning knob available is exactly the one used on the Model 21. The indicator dial that I have available, however, is clear - not original to the Model 21 (white), but it does look nice and will fit onto the control just the same. Those broken knobs looks OK on the outside, but have lost their structure on the inside. If you want the look of the old knobs and do some clever handiwork, they will work well for you. Photos of the knobs upon request, modeled on my Model 21 under restoration. Anybody needing Model 19 parts or the remainder of the 19's electronics and chassis can have it $2+shipping upon request.
