FA: MTI - a Two-Way Radio Communications Training Program

Many of us who were in the 2 Way Radio Business probably took this course
and found it very informative. Much of the information may be Basic
compared to today's technology, but sure explains what some of those
"blocks" do in our modern communications devices.
