Default Beware of M3PAC

Beware of M3PAC Paul Churchill
Hi all, on december, the 26 of 2010 I wrote a thread on this forum with the aim to find some Drake's rig I was looking for. I received several offer and I agreed with a such Paul Churchill M3PAC's offer. He said He could sell me his own tr4c for £225. I agreed for it; does it sounded too good? Peraphs.. I sent the money with Money Gram (Yes, now I know, NEVER do that!) and after few days the seller stated there was some trouble with customs at Irish border post. He told me I would had to pay $120 to buy a seal! I complaint for it, that seemed to be a NOT fair trade!
The day after he wrote me and says I would have to call the +447024030871 number of custom. I found on google such a phone number seems to be a UK phone number, actually it is a non traceable international high tariff number, used for another similar scams (by a such Rupert Patron), see the this links below:
http://forums.13x.com/showthread.php?t=276229 and http://www.iswhocalls.me/ShowDetail/447024030842/1.html .

So I understood to be victim of a scam. On www.qrz.com callsign database I found the e-mail of the (real?) Paul Churchill M3PAC (which has the same home address of the paul churchill scammer, I used to pay for, with western union!): (it has taked off by the owner after I report the fraud to the "good" Churchill). I wrote him but he didn't first answer me. Only when I sent all the proof (i.e. emails) of the scam I was victim of, at final he answer me this way:

Hi Paolo It seems there is a lot of this going on with my email address as the seller cos this is not the first time this has happened however I will take off my email from QRZ.Com and see if that helps cheers from PAUL....

After that,
doesn't answer at my e-mails anymore.
I advice this man to report to the Police the ID theft occurring at his own, I don't know if he has follow my advice. I suspected to him because he didn't seems to be surprised or worried about my trouble; he only answer me one time at my e-mails then he actually only take off his e-mail from the qrz.com database. More of this: The Paul Churchill scammer gave me the civic number (10) of his address: on qrz.com database there isn't any number of the street! How could the scammer knows that particular? I suspect there's only one scammer: Paul Churchill M3PAC! I started a complain with italian Police. I opened a compliant with UK's authorities' too. I know now I have done several mistakes, I trusted an unknow man, thinking of him as an OM. I paid with Western Union and peraphs the price of the rig was too good to be true!
