Default PROGRAMMING CABLE FOR XTVA (XTS 3000) NTN9027

This cable allows the XTS3000 to be programmed while seated in the XTVA.
More importantly for me it also allows the Hand Held Control Head (HHCH
PLN7737) to be programmed as well through CPS.

Would appreciate info on how to build. I like Motorola, just don't want to
give them $75 for a $4 cable.

Should be DB25 (RIB BOX) to DB25 (XTVA J5).
