This is from an estate and is a 90 foot long coaxial cable fed
Terminated Folded Dipole antenna (TFD) that covers from 80 - 10 meters continuosly without a tuner. It is excellent fro hams who want to get on 80/75 (and all other HF bands) and do not have the room for a half wave dipole. This antenna was quite expensive when new and it is in very good condition now. If you have access to back issues of QST [QST, Technical Correspondence, May 1994, pp. 88-89] there is an excellent letter from Dr Jack Belrose VE2CV who experimentally measured the performance of that antenna, with reference to a dipole. I am asking $75.00 plus shipping. If interested please reply by e-mail to 73, Michael, W1RC |
