Motorola TLN2418A Tuning and Alignment Test Set with speaker.
Set only, EXCELLENT condition, NO cables or probes.

NEC Pager, VHF, QC-II. On 154.570MHz.
Tested for Voice RX and page operation, and appears to work just fine.
No charger or numbers/stickers so I'm not sure what model, etc...
