Default Thanks guys...

Well, - Thanks for the tips, Ill try them when I can.. wish there was
a number on it.. I first thought the portable I was using it on (BK)
had a RX problem near the ham band (uhf).. but changed the antenna to
a "known" diamond dual band whip (which is longer and more gain)..
radio sounds nice.. I was thinking maybe it was 800.. or VHF.. (dont
yell too loud about me not knowing what kind of antenna I have as this
is the one that CAME with the radio, and ofcourse, its a used unit)..
and not model specific..
