Unique old Western Electric single headphone, Hi-Z. works well. I suspect this was used for testing lines in a WE phone office at one time, given the 15" original cable length, terminated in tiny spade lugs like would be on an old-style phone plug. But don't know for sure. Works with a crystal radio. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=3061100010 20 AMP new-in-original-box rectangular panel meter. I don't know what the internal shunt value is or what the 'native' impedance of the coil is. But would make a good basis in a homebrew linear or other project. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=3061100848 Matching meter to the above - same brand, also new. But missing the nuts on the back which I stole ages ago for another meter (oops!). As with the above meter, I don't know the impedance of the movement itself. But would make a great match to the above meter in a homebrew linear or transmitter project. |
