I have a very nice Heathkit HW-99 CW Transmitter for sale. It looks almost
new with only a few very small nicks on the cabinet paint. The front panel
is perfect accept for a small mini toggle switch installed below the Band
Switch. You have to turn this switch in the up position to access the 10
meter Band. This appears to be the only modification and the construction of
the circuit boards is excellent. I checked it out on all 4 Bands, 80, 40,
15, and 10 Meters. It puts out well above 50 watts on each band. The CW tone
is excellent and the receiver is very stable and sensitive. It has a built
in 120 Power Supply and speaker. It sounds better on an external speaker.
The internal is a little tinny.This is a great little CW rig. All you need
is a key and an antenna to be on the air. The rig sold for $300 in mid 80's
and they only made it for a couple of years, so it is rather rare. See
