Default FA: Western Electric Oil Filled Caps

Very nice Western Electric oil filled caps.
I have tested these for leakage at full voltage,
for ESR, value and bandwidth to 150 kHz.
They test excellent.
Removed from equipment that was never placed in service.
These are harder to find under-chassis types.
The dual .1 uFds can be used for coupling,
since the caps are not connected to the cases.
