If this gear was donated and N2ION is selling the gear and profiting from
it there is Tax to be paid both on the Federal and State level.
I hope he has all his book work kept up to date.
If anyone here has donated equipment to this person please post what you
sent, the date, value etc. If you bought anything from him post that
information
also and any correspondence you may have had with this person.
I know of 2 hams who work for the Internal Revenue Service and they
both do tax fraud investigations. This is right down their alley of
expertise.

Had you not pointed it out, I would not have made the connection. So I
did a Google search, and yeah - you're right - every few weeks he does a
large spam to all the groups looking for free gear, and then a couple of

Just seems the the APPEARANCE of it is suspect. Were I asking for

Since your club is so hard up for gear, donate all of this instead of
begging. OR is it like others pointed out, you're a scammer? Hmmm. I had a
funny suspicion about this way back when. I started and ran a ham club.. NOT
ONCE did we EVER beg anyone for anything. WE WORKED FOR IT. People like you
