If it was made after the ban, it's illegal to modify a scanner to pick up cell freqs, at least here in the US. Might be unmodified but made for a foreign market (not all countries have laws like the U.S.). But why anyone would try to sell one in the U.S. is beyond me. .... Martin VE3OAT |
