GE Ericsson PCS HT's

I have two GE Ericsson PCS handie talkies Comb PC3H3A16. I
think these must be for VHF they are programmed for National Weather
Service on one of the channels. One unit is complete with battery and
antenna, the second is radio only, no antenna or battery. They both
receive weather service so receivers are working, have no way to check

transmitters. Both are marked as being scanning units. Both for $150
plus UPS.
