How nice, Im broke, got no money, my ***&# ex-wife even took my house dog.
I need a stuff to make me happy again, accepting donations for my favorite
charity
"Me"

NY State says I only keep 1% for the actual charity and have a partner
write up 99% of the rest of the loot for my administrative costs. Then we
cook the books again and spend what we sold on ourselves,

"It's far too easy for anybody to set up a charity, get tax-exempt status
with the IRS, do very little of anything charitable and get away with it.
**Is not what's illegal, but what's legal - and what people can get away
with in the name of charity**
They can get away with giving 1 percent to the cause," and pay themselves 99
percent for administrative costs
Charities get protection under the First Amendment, this has resulted in a
nationwide plague of newly established charities, doing little good but
considered legitimate.

ITS A HUGE EPIDEMIC IN NEW YORK, SCUM LIKE THIS MAKE's ME ILL

If indeed it's true he's selling gear donated to him/them under the
auspices of being some charitable organisation, does that constitute fraud?

Because if does, should somebody not report it to whatever authority
enforces these things?

Its a new way of building your own job as an administrator **TO** a
charitable organization.
Uncle Sam is to short on manpower or powerless to make a case against them

In New York as well as a dozen others states you get to keep 99% tax free as
long as 1% goes to the cause. Have a member of your club who works at
Cablevisions "News 12" write a script for some clueless women reporter and
cameraman for field day once a year to keep your nose clean
You can earn HUGE amounts of money
Its become a HORRIBLE nationwide plague since the Clinton administration.
Most places operate under used clothing and furniture stores under Christian
names for years now everybody's jumping in.

In Flushing Queens New York all the Chinese and Koreans are buying houses
and becoming landlords.
They claim the buildings as churches then collect $$ people who live 25-35
per 2 family house tax free.
The school system has been thrown into turmoil.
The Global Rev Moon organization controls most of it, they even now even
have an operation at the Fulton fish market in NYC.
Giuliani kicked the mob out and now these WORSE people took over, these
Asian gangs will stab ya, shoot you and kill your whole family if you rat on
them.

party. This is the day and age of the rich having no strings attached. It's
time to take the country back.

So could it be possible all that partying is being financed with the
proceeds of gear sales?

If indeed that is the case, and if said gear was a 'donation' solicited
under false circumstances, I wonder what AOL's policies are regarding
such activities?
