Take a good look at closed ebay auction 5703824050. It is an NC-240D with
speaker closed out June 13, 2004 and won by buyer gottahaveit1995.

Now, fast forward to item 5714296901, an NC-240D with speaker being sold by
seller radiobitz11.

Take a close look at the stains on the speaker. Same radio?

If you look at gottahaveit's buying history (from his feedback page)....many
similar items are now being sold by our re-invented friend radiobitz11: AOR
receiver, Drakes, etc.

I have been having big problems with him. Sold a radio to him via
ebay. We had trouble shipping it came back in that time he called the
local sheriff here about it saying i was a fraud.. Needless to say i
got it to him asap.. He got the rig and now is sending emails trying
to extort money from me for the "time he suffered waiting for this
reciever". I think the main thing was i sent him a love note stating
how I felt he was not a real ham and I nor my friends will not ever do
bizz with him again. I didnt know anything about this guy till today.
He was saying he was going to come after me with the police and sue me
for slander etc.. etc.. and wanted money from me in 48 hours.. Anyhow
if you know of anyone or have any info for my file on this guy drop it
to me so that I can forwared more the local PD here. It would be
appreciated greatly.
