I just bought an Icom handheld VHF IC-F51 (IC-F50 in US). I am
desperately in search for CS-F50 sofware and OPC966 cable for
programming new frequencies to this unit. I found an American company
not willing to sell to me because I didn't have an US registered
credit card. That was RadioOutfitter.com. Stupid. I live in Norway,
and Norway is not known for credit card frauds etc.

Anyway... Can someone help me with this matter? Downloadable software
and schematic for cable will also help me.
