Default WTB Tuned input coils for SB-200

Hi - Would like to buy - beg - borrow - or steal a couple of the tuned input
coil forms for the SB-200 or SB-201amplifiers. I recently purchased a used
SB-201and both the 15 mtr. and 20 mtr.forms were broken. Would be much
appreciated if I could get a couple or information as to wher I could buy them.
I could wind my own if need be. Thanks for reading. Have a GREAT year.

PS; Also could use a couple of 2 watt carbon resistors for rewinding the
parasitic chokes. Values of 39 ohms or 47 ohms. Thanks again - Harold
