GOOD!!!!

M Powell, armed with shallow surface knowledge made many very poor
decisions, and has failed the USA radio community, including the businesses
that use RF/Wireless.
BPL is the "stick in the eye" that showed that the FCC
1) had no competent leadership,
2) rejected engineering.
3) rejected their own processes and proceedures
