JK Audio Daptor Two Wireless Telephone Adapter
CELLULAR PHONE AUDIO ADAPTOR http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW Simply plug JK Audio's Daptor Two into the 2.5 mm headset jack of any cell phone that accepts a third party headset or earpiece. You can now send and receive audio from your mixer or tape recorder through the cell phone. Your cell phone will recognize the Daptor Two as a headset, which will disable the mic and speaker in the cell phone. It features XLR and 1/4" inputs and outputs, usable individually only (the XLR input jack is disconnected when a cable is plugged into the 1/4" input jack). The Daptor Two was designed to take advantage of the increasing number of wireless phones that accept third party headsets and earpiece headsets, and has a circuit which emulates the electrical characteristics of these headsets. Most newer wireless phones have a 2.5 mm jack directly on the phone, but those without can usually be used with the Daptor Two with headset adaptors which converts their proprietary connector into the 2.5 mm jack (not included; availble from most cell phone suppliers specifically for their makes of phones). I purchased this for use with our radio station's live broadcasts from client locations, but I never really used it. I have 3 other systems that I use. I only used this once that I can remember. I liked the other systems that I own better. This has just been sitting on my shelf for a year unused, so I figured it was time to give it a better home. This item usually sells new for around $175. |
