This is more than a Phone patch; a very useful tool in the Ham shack.
The B&W/Waters 3002 sports aa phone patch, and hook up to tape recorder
(or sound card if you wish) for playback to transmitter, record
station, record line, patch/record station and line, and plsyback to
line. Can be used just as a telephone recording device if you wish.
