Radio plays GREAT! Looks great, too. Serial number in the low 1000's.
Has important service bulletins installed along with the black beauties and many of the micas replaced. Photos to interested parties upon request. $1400 + shipping in CONUS approximately $75. Thanks, Bob... |

@trnddc03: You would be surprised. The fact that it is dinosaur is what makes it I'm sure he would be surprised. for all the hi tech gadgetry in the latest and greatest, I would trade all my gear for the station of a friend that has a complete A-line. Everything from the KWS-1/75A-4 and the station comsole with clock etc. There is nothing like spinning the sliky smooth tuning control on an old time Collins PTO. Better yet no chuf chuf from the $#$#- &*#$&(*# Synth ![]() them now ![]() -- Panzer |

My brand spankin' new TS2000X has discrete synthesizer steps when tuning fast- and doesn't look near as cool as my R-4C with the lights out. All my BA gear gets more use than the off-shore "stuff". I've had numerous Kenwoods and Icoms and never heard a "chuff chuff". And their dials are smoother than silk. Silk is pretty rough by comparison. :-) Bill, W6WRT |

I will let the "dinosaur" roam for $1200 + shipping in a professionally
double boxed container. Then you can enjoy Jurassic Radio in your own shack. |
